We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks, ensuring smooth transactions for our clients.
Duties:
- File Maintenance
- Data Entry
- Document Preparation
- Office Administration - Answering phones, sorting mail, ordering supplies
- Provide support for other operational department employees
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with title, escrow and closings for real estate transactions a plus
- Knowledge of E-closing is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with Attorneys and their clients
